Jeffrey S. Gross has been selected to Super Lawyers each consecutive year since 2004. His primary practice area is Workers’ Compensation, including claims resulting from disability, occupational diseases, and workplace fatalities. Jeffrey graduated from the Dickinson School of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania. Jeffrey is also certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Jeffrey has also received numerous awards for his service, including the Martha Hampton Award by the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been selected to the Top 100: Pennsylvania Super Lawyers each year since 2010. His perseverance and dedication to his clients are the reason why he has been named as an outstanding lawyer for many years.

Patrick W. Kenny has been selected to Super Lawyers for the sixth consecutive year. Patrick is a top-rated Workers’ Compensation attorney and assists clients with general litigation issues. Patrick graduated from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He was also a previous Levitt Scholar at the Arthur Levitt Public Affairs Center and past recipient for the John C. Manna Memorial Scholarship Award by the Monmouth Bar Association. Patrick’s continued success both in and out of the courtroom makes him a valuable asset to Gross & Kenny, LLP.
